DeKalb City

Steven D. Fritz, 41, of the 200 block of Bent Grass Circle in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, June 24, with violating the sex offender registry.

Justin E. McAllister, 30, of the 200 block of Juniper Drive in Cortland, was charged Thursday, June 24, with possession of a controlled substance, fleeing to elude police, reckess driving, driving without headlights when required, squealing tires and disobeying a red light.

Christopher E. Frieders, 25, of the 7600 block of Preserve Road in Waterman, was charged Thursday, June 24, with driving under the influence, no seat belt when required and driving a vehicle without a rear registration light.

Marcqus A. Hill, 22, of the 1100 block of West Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, June 24, with criminal trespass to real property.

Catrell C. Covington, 27, of the 200 block of East Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was arrested Thursday, June 24, on a failure-to-appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Joseph Jones, 22, of the 4300 block of South King Drive in Chicago, was charged Friday, June 25, with criminal trespass to real property.

Steven A. Maze, 21, of the 3100 block of Hunsinger Lane in Louisville, Ky., was charged Friday, June 25, with possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, no seat belt when required and texting while driving.


DeKalb County

Derius L. Needham, 18, of the 100 block of Holly Lane in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, June 24, with residential burglary and possession of a controlled substance.

Sarah E. Theodore-Young, 21, of the 1200 block of Rushmoore Drive in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, June 24, with two counts of domestic battery.

Patrick W. Stubbs, 20, of the 1700 block of Brookhill Lane in Sycamore, was charged Friday, June 25, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Matthew R. Skaar, 19, of the 1600 block of West Stonehenge Drive in Sycamore, was charged Friday, June 25, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.


Sycamore

Charles R. Trott, 48, of Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, June 23, with battery and resisting a peace officer.

Koulton D. Miller, 21, of Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, June 23, with criminal trespass to a residence.
