FOX LAKE – Vehicle stickers for Fox Lake residents will be available for purchase by mail and at the Fox Lake Village Hall on Monday, May 3.
Sticker prices have increased since last year. The cost of a sticker for a passenger vehicle increased to $20 from $15, according to the village. The cost of a sticker for a motorcycle or mo-ped increased to $10 from $7.50, and the price for a B-class truck increased to $20 from $15.
The price of a truck larger than B-class increased to $25 from $22.50, and the price of stickers for senior citizens and those who are handicapped increased to $10 from $7.50.
The price of license transfer or replacement stickers remains at $1, and active military do not have to pay for stickers.
Stickers must be displayed on all vehicles owned by Fox Lake residents by June 30.
