DEKALB CITY

Nikolas M. Willits, 18, of DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 16, with theft.

Shannon C. Smith, 22, of DeKalb, was served Thursday, Sept. 17, with a Kane County failure-to-appear warrant for retail theft. She was also charged with driving without wearing a seat belt.

Hivan Cervantes, 20, of DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Sept. 17, with driving without a valid license.

Teagen L. Johnson, 20, of Sycamore, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with entering and remaining in a tavern as a minor.

Christie L. Seger, 33, of DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 16, with driving an uninsured vehicle.

Jonathan R. Giles, 20, of Chicago, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with domestic battery.

Justin M. Strzelczyk, 18, of Algonquin, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with two counts of resisting a peace officer and possession of marijuana.

Christina L. Oliff, 18, of Streamwood, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Anthony R. Sanderson, 21, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with keeping a disorderly house.

Brian E. Mowcomber, 20, of Cary, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Brendan M. Howe, 18, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Christian Arrecis, 39, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08.

Rashawn R. Johnson, 21, of Marengo, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with driving with a suspended license.

Danielle A. Drews, 18, of Glenview, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Eric J. Rolon, 21, of DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with fighting in the city.

Terrance L. Towns, 18, of DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with keeping a disorderly house.

Colin L. Robertson, 18, of Marengo, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cordell L. Smith, 22, of Chicago, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with driving without a valid license.

Luis Nunez, 18, of Libertyville, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Derius L. Needham, 17, of Hammond, Ind., was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with harassment by telephone.

Marcus K. Head, 26, of DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 20, with illegal transportation of alcohol, delivery of alcohol to a minor and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Steven A. Maze, 20, of DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 20, with illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Elias Contreras, 36, of DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 20, on failure-to-appear warrants for escape and driving under the influence.

Katerina A. Panourgias, 62, of Sycamore, was served Sunday, Sept. 20 with a failure-to-appear warrant for domestic battery.

Juan D. Ramon, 31, of DeKalb, was served Monday, Sept. 21, with a failure-to-appear warrant for driving with a suspended license.

Richard M. Seitz Jr., 19, of DeKalb, was served Monday, Sept. 21, with a warrant for telephone harassment.

Rumualda Salazar-Fernando, 35, of DeKalb, was charged Monday, Sept. 21, with driving without a valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying a stop sign.

Martell K. Howard, 19, of Chicago, was served Monday, Sept. 21, with a warrant.

Efrain Ledezma-Hernandez, 25, of Malta, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 23, with driving with a defective windshield, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Ernie T. Cribbs, 43, of DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 23, with false display of insurance, driving without wearing a seat belt and two counts of operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Tila M. Shaw, 21, of Aurora, was charged Sunday, Sept. 13, with driving under the influence and driving without a valid driver's license.

David Carney, 43, of Sycamore, was charged Thursday, Sept. 17, with battery.

Jeffrey M. Lewicki, 28, of Sycamore, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with driving with a suspended license.

John Balli, 44, of DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 2, with driving under the influence, making an improper turn and failing to use a turn signal.

Angela M. Colpen, 29, of Kingston, was charged Thursday, Sept. 17, with driving with a revoked license.

Kevin R. Sauceman, 29, of Sycamore, was arrested Thursday, Sept. 17, on a warrant for disorderly conduct.

Samuel S. Salazar, 32, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with driving without a valid driver's license.

Brian A. Daniels, 31, of Chicago, was charged Sunday, Sept. 20, with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Sara A. Koehl, 25, of Sycamore, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 22, on a Franklin County failure-to-appear warrant.

Eric P. Stargardt, 20, of Socorro, N.M., was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with assault and two counts of domestic battery.

Samantha Rushka, 24, of Genoa, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with driving without a valid driver's license.

Nicholas C. Childers, 29, of Genoa, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with driving with a suspended license.

Corey E. Benson, 36, of DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with domestic battery, resisting a police officer and assault.

James F. Gentile, 48, of Chicago, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with driving under the influence.

Christopher Bark, 22, of Sandwich, was charged Sunday, Sept. 20, with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08.

Javier Cruz-Gevara, 23, of Elgin, was charged Sunday, Sept. 20, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08, driving without a valid license and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Sean P. Hickey, 22, of Huntley, was charged Sunday, Sept. 20, with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving a vehicle without a valid registration.

Anghel F. Muresan, 30, of Berwyn, was charged Sunday, Sept. 20, with driving without a valid driver's license and driving with a license expired for more than one year.

Keith R. Lowrance, 20, of Somonauk, was served Monday, Sept. 21, with a warrant for burglary and criminal trespassing to a residence.

Rafael Parra, 27, of DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 22, with driving with a suspended license.
