Joliet police respond to major crash on West Jefferson

At least three vehicles were damaged in a crash on Thursday at the corner of Reed Street and West Jefferson Street.

The lanes of West Jefferson Street near the intersection are closed as of Thursday afternoon at noon.

Joliet police officials announced on Facebook that motorists will need to consider alternate routes.
