Volunteers are needed for the Forest Preserve District of Will County’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service events.

A Community Cleanup will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday at Rock Run Preserve – Black Road Access, in Joliet, and from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Theodore Marsh in Crest Hill.

Honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision of service during this “day on, not a day off” by helping remove litter along the Rock Run Greenway Trail. All ages; free. Registration required.
