A Lee County judge set an April 15 hearing for a Plano man facing several drug and domestic battery charges in Lee and DuPage counties.
Immanuel D. Palmer, 28, is charged in Lee County with knowingly possessing between 15 and 100 grams of a substance containing cocaine, a Class 1 felony, and possessing a substance containing oxycodone hydrochloride, a Class 4 felony. He hasn’t entered a plea, court records show.
Palmer was cited for the offenses in Lee County by Dixon police March 3 and released with a pending court date. He has been held in the DuPage County Jail since March 10, court records show.
In DuPage County, Palmer also faces charges of possession with intent to deliver between 15 and 100 grams of methamphetamine, manufacture or delivery of 1 to 15 grams of cocaine, possession of between 15 and 100 grams of methamphetamine, manufacture or delivery of between 30 to 500 grams of cannabis, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Those charges were filed Dec. 4, 2024, and he has pleaded not guilty, according to DuPage County court records.
Additional charges were filed March 10 in DuPage County accusing him of domestic battery involving physical contact and domestic battery causing bodily harm, court records show.
Palmer was scheduled to appear at 10 a.m. April 1 via Zoom before Lee County Judge Jacquelyn D. Ackert, but was not produced by DuPage County.
Ackert scheduled his next court date at 10 a.m. April 15.
