The Phidian Art Club of Dixon will accept entries for its annual art show from 2 to 6 p.m. on both Monday, April 13, and Tuesday, April 14, at the lower level of the Loveland Community House in Dixon.

The show opens at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 16, with judge’s comments and a reception to follow.

Artists’ guidelines and entry forms are available at Loveland, 513 W. Second St., and at The Next Picture Show gallery and will be available at registration. The show will not include photography or 3-dimensional work.

This year’s guest judge will be Larry K. Johnson, nationally recognized sculptor and art scholar. Johnson’s work can be found in numerous museums, churches and public facilities throughout North America as well as in many private collections.
