In honor of Veterans Day, the Leaf River Lions Club is having a lunch drive-thru from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 4.

Donations will be accepted for the meal, which will benefit the Rockford Veterans Drop-In Center and Jerry Wickam American Legion Post 1148.

The menu includes a brat or beef hot dog meal complete with chips, cookie, condiments and a beverage. Drive to the old fire station next to the Bertolet Memorial Building at 103 W. Second St., Leaf River.
