Harlan W. Martin, 60, of Cornell, was charged with no insurance and expired registration following a two-vehicle crash at 5:04 p.m. Wednesday at Hillside Avenue at Columbus Street, Ottawa police said. Martin was charged after a collision with Ryley A. Jett, of Ottawa; there were no injuries.

Michael Vargas, 51, of Streator, was charged with operating an all-terrain vehicle on a roadway at 9:34 a.m. Friday on Smith Douglas Road, Streator police said.

Willie Chillis, 49, of Streator, was charged with criminal damage to property at 5:05 p.m. Friday at 901 Wasson St., Streator police said. Chillis was charged following an investigation into complaints of of two punctured tires, police said.

Antonio Patterson, 18, of Streator, was charged with domestic battery at 11 p.m. Friday in his residence, Streator police said.
