La Salle County grand jury returns indictments

A La Salle County grand jury convened Tuesday and returned the following indictments:

• Reginald Terry, 21, of Yorkville (two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse)

• Joshua Townsel, 33, a lodger at the Sandman Motel, La Salle (aggravated battery; aggravated fleeing and eluding; resisting a peace officer)

• Daniel Wadkins, 30, homeless (burglary)

• Ryan Meglan, 32, of Sheridan (two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver)

• David Kerwell, 33, of Ottawa (domestic battery)

• William Brackett, 59, of Ottawa (failure to register)

• Michael Logsdon, 47, homeless (two counts of failure to register)

• Conor Shukstor, 27, of Streator (disorderly conduct)

• Clarence Merritte, 37, of Chicago (driving while revoked; false report of a vehicle theft)

• Danny Nichols, 39, of Pontiac (criminal damage to property)

• Tyshawn Stewart, 22, of Chicago (unlawful possession of a controlled substance)

• Raleigh Klabbatz, 42, of Streator (two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance)

• Ramiro Perez-Morales Jr., 21, of Ottawa (two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance)

• Benjamin Sappington, 41, of Ottawa (unlawful delivery of a controlled substance)

• Jason Mantzke, 25, of Ottawa (unlawful delivery of a controlled substance)

• Zev Carter, 26, of Ottawa (unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver)

• Jordan Marshall, 22, of Dana (two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance; unlawful delivery of methamphetamine)
