Richard Ambrogio, 41, of Coal City was indicted for aggravated DUI, a class two felony and for three counts of aggravated DUI, all class four felonies.
Zachary Barry, 28, of Lombard was indicted for the unlawful possession of a stolen license plate, a class two felony; unauthorized use of a license plate and driving while license revoked, both class four felonies and unlawful display of a license plate, a class A misdemeanor.
Jordan Curran, 26, of Joliet was indicted for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a class four felony.
