The State of the City event in Morris scheduled for Wednesday at the Morris Country Club will be postponed due to forecasted severe weather.
The Grundy County Chamber of Commerce announced Tuesday that the event is being postponed for the safety of the guests.
The Morris State of the City Address will now take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 5.
