A cow that was on the loose in Yorkville Saturday morning has been returned to its owner.

A cow that was on the loose Saturday morning in Yorkville has been recovered by its owner.

Two Yorkville Police Department officers found the cow in the vicinity of Route 34 and McHugh Road, according to a post on the department’s Facebook page.

The cow was safely recovered by its owner and headed back home, according to the post.
