Kendall County Sheriff’s Office looking to identify vehicle involved in crash Sunday

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office is seeking to identify a vehicle involved in a traffic crash, which occurred at about 7:50 a.m. Dec. 6 near the Rance Road and Harvey Road intersection in unincorporated Oswego Township.

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office is seeking to identify a vehicle involved in a traffic crash Sunday.

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office has a photo of the vehicle involved in the crash, which occurred about 7:50 a.m. Jan. 5 near the Rance and Harvey roads intersection in unincorporated Oswego Township. The vehicle left the scene of the crash.

“The pictured vehicle appears consistent with a 2015-2016 Mazda 6 Sedan and would likely have damage on the front driver side and black paint transfer may be present,” according to a post on the Facebook page for the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. “Anyone with information is urged to contact the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office at tbrautigam@kendallcountyil.gov.”

Community members can also call Crime Stoppers at 630-553-5999 to report information regarding the incident. Callers remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward if the information leads to the identification and apprehension of any perpetrators.
