The opening meeting for the Starved Rock Civil War Round Table is at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17 in Utica.

This first meeting is a field trip to the La Salle County Historical Society in Utica to view the temporary Civil War exhibit.

This event is at the large Heritage Center south of the Canal. There will be door prizes and refreshments.
