North 36th Road will be closed for bridge repairs starting Monday, Sept. 22.

The closure affects a section about a half-mile west of Illinois Route 251.

The project is expected to take approximately one week to complete, depending on weather conditions.

Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes during the closure.
