Two people were injured Thursday in a crash of a grain spreader and pickup on Illinois Route 17 in Kankakee County.

Illinois State Police said the crash occurred at approximately 8:17 p.m. on Route 17 and 8800 West Road.

The two people injured were transported to the hospital with injuries.

The road was blocked for approximately two hours.

State police said the investigation continues, and no further information is available at this time.
