Kenneth M. Surman, 81, of Wilmington, passed away Monday (Sept. 16, 2013) at his home. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Ferrari Funeral Services, 1044 Ferrari Drive, Coal City. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to The CJ Begler Memorial Scholarship Fund.
