Actor/singer Donnie Wahlberg talks about living in St. Charles

[Actor, singer and restaurateur Donnie Wahlberg, who lives in St. Charles with his wife, Jenny McCarthy, takes photos with a fan before breaking ground for the new Wahlburgers restaurant near Meijer in St. Charles on March 22.] He made a point to thank New Kids on the Block fans. "If it weren't for you guys, nobody would know who I am," Wahlberg said. "Nobody would know who Mark Wahlberg is. Nobody would know who Paul Wahlberg is. This location is as much a part of you as it is me and my family. You're the ones who truly lit the spark for this all those years ago when I got together with a little boy band back in the city of Boston." He also thanked all of Kane County for treating us "like family since Jenny and I moved here a couple of years ago." (Sandy Bressner)
