McHenry

Jami L. Miller, 40, of the 900 block of Armistead Lane, McHenry, was charged Friday, Sept. 4, with driving under the influence of drugs and failure to reduce speed. Miller was released on bond with an Oct. 19 court date.

Madison R. Piquette, 25, of the 1400 block of Channel Beach Road, Johnsburg, was charged Sunday, Sept. 13, with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and operating uninsured. Piquette was released with an Oct. 19 court date.

Agustin Diaz-Hernandez, 65, of the 4500 block of Garden Quarter Road, McHenry, was charged Sunday, Sept. 13, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Diaz-Hernandez was released on bond with a Nov. 4 court date.

Haitham H. Howege, 40, of the 900 block of Partridge Circle, Marengo, was charged Sunday, Sept. 13, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Howege was released on bond with an Oct. 12 court date.

Zakaiel S. Medari, 21, of the 400 block of Wedgewood Circle, Lake in the Hills, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Medari was released on bond with a Nov. 4 court date.

Michael T. Moseley, 36, of the 100 block of South Jefferson Street, Woodstock, was charged Sunday, Sept. 20, with driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing justice, and improper registration. Moseley was taken to the McHenry County Jail with a Nov. 4 court date.

Woodstock

Anthony Garcia, 19, of the 900 block of West Avenue, Woodstock, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with possession of between 30 and 500 grams of marijuana with the intent to deliver, possession of between 100 and 500 grams of marijuana, and failure to signal when required. Garcia was taken to the McHenry County Jail.

Robert A. McEstes, 59, of the 4000 block of Sunnyside Road, Woodstock, was arrested Monday, Sept. 21, on a McHenry County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Nicholas A. Lopez, 25, of the 10 block of Lincoln Street, Harvard, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 23, with theft and two counts of domestic battery. Lopez was taken to the McHenry County Jail.
