Falcons WR Julio Jones will not play against Bears on Sunday

The Bears will avoid the Atlanta Falcons' top offensive weapon on Sunday.

Falcons WR Julio Jones is listed as inactive for Sunday's game, which kicks off at noon. Jones is dealing with a hamstring injury.

For the second time in three weeks, the Bears don't have to go up against their opponent's top receiver. Two weeks ago, Detroit's Kenny Golladay missed the season opener against the Bears due to injury.

The Bears will be playing without CB Duke Shelley, LG Arlington Hambright, NT Daniel McCullers, WR Riley Ridley and OLB Trevis Gipson. All are listed as inactive Sunday, and all are healthy scratches.

In addition to Jones, the Falcons will also be without CB Kendall Sheffield, S Ricardo Allen, LB Foye Oluokun, T Kaleb McGary, DT Deadrin Senat and DE Takk McKinley.
