Batavia woman charged with felony aggravated DUI

Driver to appear in court Sept. 29

BATAVIA – A Batavia woman was charged with four counts of felony aggravated driving under the influence according to court and police records.

Jessica L. Lisner, 40, of the 100 block of Madison Street, Batavia, was charged Aug. 24.

According to reports, Lisner was driving a 2010 Lincoln MKT in the 100 block of North Island Avenue in Batavia at 3 a.m. on Aug. 21.

Lisner was charged with two counts of aggravated DUI without a license and two counts of aggravated DUI without insurance while her blood alcohol was greater than 0.08%, according to the charging documents.

The aggravated charges against her are Class 4 felonies, punishable by one to three years in prison and fines up to $25,000 if convicted.

Lisner was also charged with the traffic offenses of driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving without insurance, court records show.

Lisner was released on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond and was ordered to refrain from drinking alcohol. Lisner is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29 for a status hearing.
