Pace seeks passenger input on COVID-19 survey

Pace Suburban Bus is seeking input from its customers via an online survey as the region continues to reopen and deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.

The transportation agency said it has continued to work with communities, schools and businesses to keep service operating safely, according to a news release.

Ridership significantly declined at the pandemic's height. Pace said it has since reopened some passenger facilities.

Pace said it needs customer feedback to help guide decisions and better understand passengers' feeling about public transportation and transit needs.

The five-minute survey is available on the Pace website. Those unable to go online can call 847-364-3968 to take the survey by phone.

Pace said it will close the survey at midnight on Aug. 21.
