May 26, 1970 – Kim Keutzer, who played the role of Fagin in the St. Bede production of “Oliver,” and Bruce Gualandri of Dalzell, who played the title role, received “Oliver Awards” at a St. Bede Academy dinner. Keutzer and Doug Meacham performed a duet that rated first in state competition.
