World-renowned artist dedicates original art to cancer center in Homewood

The Cancer Support Center in Homewood hosted a dedication celebration of a newly installed Andre Guichard original painting, at its annual art exhibit in October.

The Cancer Support Center also has a location in Mokena. Guichard, a self-taught painter and co-owner of Gallery Guichard, attended.

This vibrant, three dimensional painting of a ribbon with monarch-type wings and earth toned background, is a stunning tribute to those diagnosed with cancer.
