3300 block of Allen Street in Plano, was charged on Monday, Dec. 10, with driving with a suspended license.

• Aaron Clark, 39, of the 15000 block of McGirr Road in Hinckley, was charged on Friday, Dec. 7, with possession of a controlled substance.

• Christopher Caban, 39, of the
400 block of East Dearborn Street in Plano, was charged on Saturday, Dec. 8, with improper lane use, driving under the influence, and driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.08 percent.

• Shelbie F. Preston, 18, of the
28000 block of Malta Road in Kirkland, was charged on Friday, Dec. 7, with improper lane use.

DeKalb

• Monique D. Ramsey, 33, of the 700 block of North Annie Glidden Road, was charged on Sunday, Dec. 9, with two counts of retail theft.

• Taylor S. Mershon, 19, of DeKalb, was charged on Saturday, Dec. 8, with domestic battery.

• Kassandra Chuqui-Cuevas, 20, of the 400 block of Division Street in Elgin, was charged on Sunday, Oct. 27, with deception and forgery.

• Tony A. Thomas, 44, of the 600 block of North Sixth Street, was charged on Sunday, Dec. 9, with driving with a suspended license.

• Brandon Roby, 22, of the 1000 block of West Lincoln Highway, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 7, on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

• Thomas L. Virsie, 23, of the 700 block of Russell Road, was charged on Friday, Dec. 7, with driving with a suspended license.

• Taylor S. Mershon, 19, of DeKalb, was arrested on Saturday, Dec. 8, on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

• Dareon Dean, 30, of the 900 block of Greenbrier Road, was charged on Saturday, Dec. 8, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Richard F. Fairley, 34, of the 4200 block of West West End in Chicago, was charged on Saturday, Dec. 8, with driving with a suspended license, and driving without a license.

• Dustin J. Yates, 22, of the 1700 block of Maroon Bells Lane in Bolingbrook, was charged on Sunday, Dec. 9, with driving without a license.

• Terronte D. Wiley, 21, of the 400 block of Jackson Street in Aurora, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 9, on a warrant for failing to appear in court.

• Malik D. Wilson, 23, of the 2400 block of West Alpha Court, was charged on Sunday, Dec. 9, with driving with a suspended license, driving without a Breathalyzer monitor, and arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court.
