Ottawa
Morris "Trey" Sparks, 23, Detroit, Mich., was cited Sunday in the 4000 block of Tyler Drive on a complaint of resisting a peace officer. Sparks was released on a $150 bond.
Streator
Shakiya Winfert, 20, homeless, was cited at 11:50 p.m. Wednesday at Bronson and Everett streets on a complaint of disorderly conduct. Winfert was given a notice to appear.
Ray Keith, 41, Streator, was cited 2:20 p.m. Wednesday at Chicago and Richards streets on complaints of driving while license suspended and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Keith was given a notice to appear.
La Salle County
Ren Huang, 24, Chicago, was cited at 8:42 a.m.Tuesday on a complaint of disobeying a stop sign after a two-vehicle crash.
Huang was traveling eastbound on North 17th Road and failed to stop at the stop sign and struck a southbound vehicle driven by Sherri Goetler, 54, Ottawa. Huang was treated and released by Dwight EMS and Goetler was taken to OSF St. James by Ransom EMS.
Mercedes Pokorny, 26, Sandwich, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. Wednesday at her residence on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant and a Kane County failure to appear warrant. Pokorny was taken to the county jail.
