• Nancy M. Schimpf, 48, of the 600 block of Hamilton Lane, North Aurora, was charged April 21 with felony retail theft. According to police reports, Schimpf was an employee of Home Depot, 2111 S. Randall Road, when she under-rang $570.49 in merchandise for customers without authorization.

• Douglas T. Nelson, 32, of the 1900 block of Wessel Court, St. Charles, was charged April 22 with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent and driving slower than the minimum speed of 30 miles an hour.
• Joseph K. Wagner, 20, of the 600 block of Campbell Street, Geneva, was charged April 19 with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, driving without a front license plate and not notifying the Secretary of State of a change of address.
• Brandi L. Iniguez, 44, of the 1100 block of Corrigan Street, Elburn, was charged March 30 with retail theft. According to police reports, Iniguez was an employee of Home Depot, 2111 S. Randall Road, when she under-rang $73.40 in merchandize for customers without authorization.
• Automotive Party Service, 2600 Keslinger Road, reported vandalism April 24 to its storage containers. It will cost $750 to repair damage from graffiti, police reports stated.
• Sophia I. Licher, 18, of the 1300 block of Rita Avenue, St. Charles, was charged April 22 with possession of marijuana.
• Arnold G. Meszaros, 53, of the 3100 block of Larrabee Drive, Geneva, was charged April 15 with two misdemeanor counts of domestic battery.
