Shannon D. Helton, 29, of the 600 block of Thoreau Drive, Elgin, was charged Sunday, May 31, with possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.

Tyrone G. Rogers, 29, of the 1000 block of Garfield Drive, Rochelle, was charged Saturday, May 30, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

DeKalb City

James M. Kitanga, 39, of the 800 block of Market Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, May 28, with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing/delivering marijuana.

Denzel Tarver, 22, of the 2400 block of Alpha Court west, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, May 28, with retail theft.

Traiscey M. Tolbert, 19, of the 300 block of South Seventh Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, May 28, with fighting in the city.

Michelle I. Urbano, 36, of the 100 block of South Seventh Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, May 28, with fighting in the city.

DaShawn Cross, 20, of the 800 block of Greenbrier Road, DeKalb, was charged Friday, May 29, with keeping a disorderly house.

Lindsay K. Vallance, 19, of the 1100 block of Varsity Boulevard, DeKalb, was charged Friday, May 29, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffrey T. Hall, 28, of the 1400 Somonauk Street, Sycamore, was charged Friday, May 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Terrence J. Low, 59, of the 100 block of Dodge Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Friday, May 29, with assault.

Quinten L. Sowell, 22, of the 800 block of Kimberly Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, May 29, with possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing identification and driving on a suspended/revoked license.
