Domestic battery

• Matthew J. Wcislo, 32, of the 500 block of East Spruce, Palatine, was charged at 2:57 p.m. Nov. 8 with domestic battery in the 800 block of Burlington Avenue.

Disorderly conduct

Shayatta A. Carter, 21, 7331 Woodward, Woodridge, was charged at 8:15 a.m. Oct. 31 with attempted disorderly conduct for filing false report in the 800 block of Burlington Avenue.

• Hailey M. Hertenstein, 21, 3022 Lapey St., Rockford, was charged at 7:21 p.m. Oct. 31 with prostitution, and Antoine G. Edwards, 31, 6703 Vail Drive, Westmont, was charged with soliciting a prostitute in the 3100 block of Finley Road.

Possession

• Kevin M. Klafeta, 37, 2343 Ogden Ave., Downers Grove, was charged at 1:03 a.m. Nov. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to report accident to police, failure to give information to vehicle or property owners, improper lane usage, and no valid insurance at Ogden Avenue and Lacey Road.

Howe, 18, 5808 Main St., Downers Grove, was charged at 7:01 p.m. Nov. 5 with miscellaneous traffic code violation; Alejandro Ley, 18, 5808 Main St., Downers Grove, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and driving while license suspended at Main Street and Stratford Lane.

• Anthony V. Pareigis, 22, 4411 Cross St., Downers Grove, was charged at 4:11 p.m. Nov. 8 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2400 block of Ogden Avenue.
