DUI
• Michael Fleming, 25, 504 Beloit Ave, Forest Park, was charged at 3:58 a.m. Oct. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol, stopped in roadway, no seat belt and no insurance at Roosevelt Road and Main Street.
• Megan Kane, 24, 708 Webster St., Ottawa, was charged at 8:05 a.m. Oct. 25 with aggravated DUI of alcohol, aggravated driving with a revoked license and no insurance in the 1300 block of South Rebecca Road.
• Zydrunas Danys, 34, 1321 S. Finley Road, was charged at 12:51 a.m. Oct. 26 with DUI of alcohol, speeding, improper lane use, no insurance and improper turn at Finley and Roosevelt roads.
• Lawrence Leftwich, 31, 1637 Schmale Road, Glendale Heights, was charged at 4:42 a.m. Oct. 26 with aggravated DUI of alcohol and driving with a revoked license at Roosevelt Road and I-355.
Theft
• A tablecloth was reported stolen at 8:45 a.m. Oct. 25 at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center Hotel, 70 Yorktown Shopping Center.
• A wallet was reported stolen from a purse at 12:45 p.m. Oct. 25 at Marshalls, 102 Yorktown Shopping Center.
• Two bicycles were reported stolen at 3:46 p.m. Oct. 25 from a backyard in the 1000 block of Foxworth Boulevard.
• A bicycle was reported stolen at 7:38 p.m. Oct. 25 from outside Burger King, 1021 E. St. Charles Road.
• A ring was reported stolen at 12:15 p.m. Oct. 26 at Sunrise at Fountain Square, 2210 Fountain Square Drive.
• A wallet was reported stolen from a purse at 1:04 p.m. Oct. 26 at Tom and Eddies, 348 Yorktown Shopping Center.
• A motorized bicycle was reported stolen at 1:36 p.m. Oct. 26 from a backyard in the 200 block of North Martha Street.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 5:09 p.m. Oct. 26 at Madison School, 150 W. Madison St.
Property damage
• Feces was reportedly smeared on the door handle of a vehicle at 8:10 p.m. Oct. 25 in the 0 to 100 block of West St. Charles Road.
• Plastic letters were reportedly removed from a marquee sign after it has been pried open at 8:38 a.m. Oct. 26 at Schafer School, 700 E. Pleasant Lane.
• A pumpkin was reportedly thrown at a vehicle at 5:11 p.m. Oct. 26 in the 600 block of East North Broadway Street.
• A pumpkin was reportedly thrown at a vehicle at 5:16 p.m. Oct. 26 in the 500 block of Green Valley Drive.
Warrant arrest
• Arnulfo Perez, 31, 449 Norton Ave., Glendale Heights, was arrested at 5:15 a.m. Oct. 25 on an unspecified outstanding warrant from the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office at Hickory and Main streets. He also was charged with improper lighting and driving with a suspended license.
• Tammy Fowler, 40, 434 Clinton Place, River Forest, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. Oct. 26 on an unspecified outstanding warrant from the Cook County Sheriff’s Office at Roosevelt Road and Ardmore Avenue.
Identity theft
A report was made that bank account information had been used without authorization at 1:32 p.m. Oct. 25 in the 300 block of West Taylor Road.
Reckless conduct
Syed Hassan, 22, 4010 W. Monroe St., Bellwood, was charged at 10:31 p.m. Oct. 25 with reckless conduct at the Lombard Lagoon on Marcus Drive.
Disorderly conduct
• An incident involving disorderly conduct was reported at 1:03 a.m. Oct. 26 at Residence Inn, 2001 W. Highland Ave.
