WEST CHICAGO – Three men were charged with mob action in relation to a stabbing in West Chicago, according to the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office.
Logan Baker, 19, of Geneva, was charged with one count of mob action, two counts of aggravated battery, one count of unlawful use of weapon and one count of aggravated assault on a police officer, according to officials.
Mario Hightower, 25, of Wayne, was charged with one count of mob action and one count of unlawful use of weapon, according to officials.
Christopher Kinney, 19, of West Chicago, was charged with one count of mob action, according to officials.
It is alleged the three men struck and punched a man at about 8:50 p.m. July 22, according to court records.
Baker allegedly stabbed the victim in the chest in the 300 block of South Wilson Street in West Chicago, according to court records.
The three men appeared in bond court July 24, officials said.
Bond was set at $200,000 for Baker, $75,000 for Hightower and $50,000 for Kinney, officials said. All three will appear separately in arraignment court Aug. 26.
