DeKalb City

Hamilton L. Henson, 22, of the 800 block of Russell Road in DeKalb, was arrested Saturday, July 16, on a failure-to-appear warrant for keeping a disorderly house.

Walter Hale Jr., 35, of the 100 block of Gurler Street in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, July 17, with domestic battery.

Ryan W. Jackson, 20, of the 400 block of Georjean Court in Sycamore, was charged Sunday, July 17, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Susan Ousen, 49, of the 500 block of East Taylor Street in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, July 17, with criminal trespass to property.

DeKalb County

Roberto V. Cervantes, 22, of the 900 block of Greenbrier Road in DeKalb, was arrested Monday, July 18, on failure-to-appear warrants for possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.

Sycamore

Eddie L. Dunbar, 53, of Sycamore, was charged Friday, July 1, with domestic battery.

Dawn L. Stenson, 35, of DeKalb, was charged Saturday, July 2, with driving under the influence.

Adam M. Mabrey, 28, of Rochelle, was charged Sunday, July 3, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating a vehicle without valid registration and improper lane usage.

William B. Taylor, 22, of Chicago, was charged Sunday, July 3, with possession of marijuana and driving without a valid license.

Joseph L. Larsen, 36, of Sycamore, was charged Monday, July 11, with criminal damage to property and two counts of domestic battery.

Mark D. Rogers, 41, of Sycamore, was charged Monday, July 11, with harassment by telephone.

Tysean D. Howleit, 22, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 15, with burglary, retail theft and obstructing an officer.

Genoa

Michael A. Riffe, 29, of Genoa, was charged Monday, July 18, with three counts of domestic battery.

Carrie Jones, 30, of Genoa, was charged Sunday, July 17, with unlawful use of intoxicating compounds.

Karen L. Clark, 54, of Kingston, was charged Sunday, July 17, with retail theft.

Northern Illinois University

Brenten J. Medows, 24, of DeKalb, was charged Thursday, July 7, with resisting a police officer.

Kenneth J. Chew, 28, of Chicago, was charged Friday, July 8, with possession of marijuana.

Rickey A. Williams-Layfield, 20, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 8, with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Robert L. Shaw, 33, of Cortland, was charged Tuesday, July 12, with domestic battery.
