The Illinois Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold its first business before hours event from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 13 at Valley Coin, Jewelry and Pawn, located at 123 West St. Paul St. in Spring Valley.

Visitors can enjoy pastries from the Spring Valley Bakery, coffee and see what the store has to offer.
