Illinois Valley Community College’s Project Success led the way in collecting toys, food and supplies for animal shelters The Love of Pets in Streator and Safehouse Animal Rescue in Dalzell so that animals and staff could have an easier winter. The campaign, conducted throughout November, collected 166 items as well as monetary donations.
