Robert A. Schweickert, 57, of Prophetstown; 3:39 p.m. Saturday on state Route 78 north of Prophetstown; no seat belt, operating with expired registration, no front registration plate, failure to notify Secretary of State of address change; released with promise to comply.

OGLE COUNTY SHERIFF

Daniel Sanchez, 28, of Rochelle; Saturday; no valid driver's license; held at Ogle County Jail in lieu of bond.

Heather Loso, 23, of Mount Morris; Friday; criminal damage to property; posted bond and given notice to appear in court.

One person hurt in single-vehicle crash

OGLE COUNTY – An Oregon woman suffered apparently non-life-threatening injuries Thursday in a single-vehicle crash on state Route 2, about 3 miles north of Byron.

Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies responded at 2:26 p.m. An SUV driven by Lynn M. Gonder, 58, was southbound on Route 2 when Gonder lost control of the vehicle. The SUV then struck two mailboxes and a telephone junction box before hitting an electrical pole and coming to rest.

Gonder was taken to Rockford Memorial Hospital. Her condition was unavailable Sunday.
