Q: German potato salad this time of year sounds wonderful. I’ve only ever had the stuff in the can from the grocery store, so I am tempted to make it from scratch. I was wondering if I could can it? I would never be able to eat all that the recipe makes before it spoils. I can produce from my garden, so I thought I’d try canning the potato salad. Your opinion, please?
