The Forest Preserve District of Kane County welcomes the public to join one of its naturalists for a spring hike from 10 to 11 a.m. Sunday, March 20, at Johnson’s Mound Forest Preserve, 41W600 Hughes Road in Elburn.
According to a news release, the hike leader will discuss the reasons behind the seasonal change, share stories about spring cultural traditions, and help explore wildlife habitats.
