Scorched Earth Brewing is ready for summer. It nearly doubled its outdoor space for customers by installing a large patio, and new owner Greg Doyen said the Algonquin-based taproom plans to put it to good use as summer weather hits McHenry County. Among the regular events that Scorched Earth will host are weekend food trucks, live music, and trivia.
