David Brown believes now is the right time to open a new night club and lounge. He’s done just that with Trilogy Lounge at 2051 Lincoln Highway (Route 38) in St. Charles. Plans are to feature a regular DJ as well as live music, including reggae, along with comedy shows and salsa dance nights. Sundays will offer an R&B type of brunch.
