Batavia Lions Club to host Family Bingo Night

The Batavia Lions Club will host a Family Bingo Night from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, at Pal Joey’s restaurant, 2030 Main St., in Batavia.

Reservations are required. The event is open to all ages, and anyone can win a prize.

Reusable bingo cards cost $5 each. Pizza and salad will be available for $12 for adults, and $10 for children.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Batavia High School Eco Club for its transformation of an unused courtyard into a waterscape space, a news release stated. The space with trees, river and a waterfall will serve as an eco classroom for young scientists, an area for mental health breaks for all students, and a source of jobs and tasks for special education vocational students.

Bingo reservations can be made by calling 630-593-6600. To learn more about Pal Joey’s, visit www.paljoeys.com/pj-batavia.
