SYCAMORE – Larry E. Alton has been named retail manager for the Heartland Bank and Trust Co. office at 1985 DeKalb Ave. in Sycamore.
Having advanced his banking career through several retail banking roles, he is responsible for ensuring value and top-of-the-line service to bank customers, as well as retail employee development and training.
Alton has more than 30 years of banking experience.
He is passionate about food banks, pantries, toys for tots and animal shelters. He enjoys volunteering with the organizations and spreading the word about their causes. He is a sponsor with the DuPage County Bar Association, a contributor at Junior Achievement, community high schools for financial literacy and Money Smart at the local library.
He looks forward to working with the Sycamore Chamber of Commerce and many of the organizations in the area.
Originally from Peoria, Alton and his family make their home in Oswego.
