In order to facilitate traffic flow around the river, Glenwood Avenue should be extended east to Division Street, making it much easier to get to Bridge Street and the bridge connecting to Jackson Street on the east side. The historic Bluff District, while charming, has a chaotic street layout. There is only a small gap missing.
