University of St. Francis radio station seeks donations of old music, memorabilia

Donations will be sold to benefit the radio station’s educational mission

The student-run radio station at the University of St. Francis in Joliet is seeking donations of used and collectible music and memorabilia.

WCSF-FM 88.7 is collecting the donations for its annual Mega Music Rummage Sale this fall, according to a news release.

“If you cannot bear to throw out your pre-loved media, donate it to WCSF,” the school said in the release.

Donations can include, but are not limited to: vinyl 33s, 45s, 78s, 8-tracks, reel-to-reel and cassettes, VHS tapes, DVDs, sheet music, music books, comic books, professional and home audio equipment, and instruments.

USF students will organize and catalog the donations for is annual Rummage Sale. All donations are tax deductible and all proceeds will go toward WCSF’s educational mission.
