Peotone was in full control of their Illinois Central Eight Conference matchup with Coal City on Monday, cruising to a 56-15 rout after taking a commanding first quarter lead and building on it.
The Blue Devils were ahead, 23-2, at the end of the first quarter, led by a 21-point effort from Mady Kibelkis. Jenna Hunter added 12 points in the win. Molly Stiles led the Coalers with eight points.
