Lockport survived a back-and-forth SouthWest Suburban Conference crossover match Tuesday in New Lenox and took down Lincoln-Way Central, 26-24, 22-25, 25-10.
Grace Juergens led Lockport with 11 kills and 13 digs, Aleksa Simkus added eight kills and Cameryn DeBlecourt set up 17 assists.
Nicole Connolly had 11 kills and 14 digs for L-WC.
Homewood-Flossmoor 2, Lincoln-Way West 1: At New Lenox, the Warriors were able to battle back and force a third set at home, but still fell, 25-21, 18-25, 25-19, to the Vikings.
Bella Been and Laney Tuttle had six kills each in the loss.
Bolingbrook 2, Bradley-Bourbonnais 0: At Bradley, the Raiders picked up an SWSC victory by taking down the Boilermakers, 25-23, 25-22.
Cyd Anderson had nine kills in the win, Olivia Vaughn had 12 assists and Claire Mueller had five digs as Bolingbrook improved to 11-9 overall and 2-0 in conference play.
Coal City 2, Reed-Custer 1: At Braidwood, the Coalers came away with a 25-19, 19-25, 25-21 road victory to improve to 10-7 overall and 5-1 in the Illinois Central Eight Conference.
Addyson Waliczek had 14 assists and 12 digs for Coal City, Mia Rodriguez had 10 kills and four digs and Addison Gagliardo added 12 digs.
BOYS SOCCER
Joliet West 2, Minooka 1: At Joliet ,the Tigers picked up a Southwest Prairie Conference win.
Zac Monnett scored for Minooka (8-4-1 overall, 2-3 SPC).
Oswego East 7, Plainfield South 2: At Oswego, the Wolves remained unbeaten at 10-0-1 after a comfortable SPC win.
Lincoln-Way Central 5, Homewood-Flossmoor 0: At Flossmoor, the Knights kicked off their SWSC schedule with a commanding win.
Joshua Lucchetti, Zach Davis, Eddie Rafacz, Brendan Gavin and John Roussakis each scored once in the win, and Ryan Marszalak recorded the shutout at keeper. L-WC is 9-1 overall this season.
Bolingbrook 1, Lincoln-Way West 0: At Bolingbrook, the Warriors dropped their first SWSC match of the season.
Josh Lund scored the only goal, and Victor Ortega recorded the shutout at keeper for the 7-2-2 Raiders.
BOYS GOLF
SouthWest Suburban Conference Tournament: At Sanctuary Golf Course, Lincoln-Way Central reached the clubhouse with a team score of 308 to claim the SWSC Tournament championship.
Juney Bai and Jacob Stoetzel finished tied for second on the individual scoreboard to lead the way for the Knights. Jack Herget and Nolan Pickert also were named to the all-conference team for L-WC.
GIRLS TENNIS
Lincoln-Way West 7, Stagg 0: At New Lenox, the Warriors improved to 2-0 in SWSC play with a shutout at home over Stagg.
Aubree Schultz at No. 1 singles and the No. 2 doubles pair of Grace Denton and Sarah Fuchsgruber led the way for West, both winning their matches in a third-set tiebreaker.
