Tyler Colwell scored the lone goal, while Ooms made five saves and Kimbarovsky made six in the shutout.
Oswego East 3, Joliet Central 0: At Joliet, the Wolves scored three times while holding the Steelmen scoreless.
Lincoln-Way West 0, Joliet West 0: At Joliet, the Warriors and Tigers played to a scoreless draw.
Plainfield North 2, Lincoln-Way Central 1: At Plainfield, a late goal by the Tigers gave the Knights their first loss of the season.
Andrew Madon scored Lincoln-Way Central’s only goal on an assist from Luca Rotondi. The loss dropped Central to 4-1 overall.
Lincoln-Way East 2, Lincoln-Way Central 0: At Frankfort, Lincoln-Way East defended its home court in a 25-16, 25-22 win over Central.
Keira King had four kills and four assists for the Knights in the loss, and Carli Udovich had four kills and two digs. Central is 5-5 overall and 0-1 in the SouthWest Surburban Conference.
Coal City 2, Streator 0: At Streator, the Coalers improved to 8-7 overall and 3-1 in Illinois Central Eight Conference play with a 26-24, 25-18 win over the Bulldogs.
Mia Rodriguez had six kills and two digs in the victory. Grace Norris had eight digs and an ace, and Addyson Waliczek had eight assists to go with three kills, three digs and four aces.
Joliet 186, Yorkville 211: At Blackberry Oaks, Joliet improved to 7-0 in the Southwest Prairie Conference with a strong victory.
Yorkville’s Mia Natividad was the medalist with a 37 in spite of the loss, while McKenna Anderson’s 40 was tops for Joliet.
Lincoln-Way Central 173, Stagg 180: At Gleneagles, the Knights earned a road victory against Stagg.
Aidan Papier led the way for Central with a round of 42.
Lincoln-Way West 154, Andrew 174: At Sanctuary GC, the Warriors had a season-best score to secure a comfortable road win.
Aidan Healy shot a career-best on nine holes with a 2-under-par 34 to lead the way for West.
Lincoln-Way East 5, Lincoln-Way West 2: At New Lenox, the Griffins handed the Warriors thier first home loss of the season.
East was victorious in No. 1 and No. 2 singles, and No. 1, No. 2 and No 4 doubles. The loss dropped West to 5-3 .
Sandburg 5, Lincoln-Way Central 2: At New Lenox, Sandburg swept the singles competition on the way to a road win over the Knights.
Andrew 102, Lincoln-Way West 84: At Tinley Park, Abby Hawksworth was a bright spot for West in spite of the loss, taking first place in diving for the third consecutive meet.
Emma Green also had a strong meet for the Knights, taking first place in the 500 freestyle.
