The majority of Americans don’t eat the daily recommended three or more servings of vegetables, according to a report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Vegetables are an important part of your daily nutrients and fiber.
Cut back on your sugar intake by indulging your sweet tooth with low-sugar options. Better yet, get rid of the junk! Make your environment work for you and eliminate the temptations in your kitchen.
3. Get a workout buddy.
Committing to a healthy New Year is a lot easier when your friends and family are on board. Share your goals and invite them to join you. Plus, working out is more enjoyable when you do it with a friend!
