Letter: Police need better support, not ‘defunding’

To the Editor:

Since when in the history of this wonderful nation was it OK to shoot our police officers?

Please know that these wonderful men and women have families.

They are constantly protecting the public.

To “defund” the police is some idiot politicians’ dream; I say: “Shame on you!”
