Rock Falls 21-year-old facing child porn charges

ROCK FALLS – A 21-year-old Rock Falls man was arrested at his home today after a search turned up evidence he was sharing pornographic images of children, Illinois State Police said in a news release this afternoon.

Noah R. Diehl is charged with three counts of dissemination of child pornography, which carries 6 to 30 years in prison. He is in Whiteside County jail pending a bond hearing, the release said.

No further details were released.

The ongoing investigation is being conducted by the ISP’s Division of Criminal Investigation Digital Crimes Unit, the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Department, and Dixon and Rock Falls police.
